There was an osprey standing on the nest just east of Lowden along Highway 12 today. There was another one checking out the new platform a little further east of the first one. We saw red-tailed hawks and great horned owls on nests in several locations and eight long-billed curlews east of Wallula. It's a beautiful 70 degrees out and sunny. Could spring finally be here!!
